ABOUT US

OZA Architecture Inc. (OZA), an affiliate of Jeff Zell Consultants, Inc. (JZC), is interested in facilitating an intense dialogue involving the owner, the community, and governmental officials in order to provide comprehensive architectural solutions to environmental situations. Realizing that architecture belongs to the public realm, we seek involvement from these stakeholders in the design process.

Established to provide existing and potential JZC clientele with an enhanced range of professional services, OZA enables JZC to deliver comprehensive design services under a single contract. The affiliation is proving beneficial to JZC in projects now in design and construction.

OZA ARCHITECTURE STAFF

Richard Oziemblowsky, RA LEED AP, Principal Architect

Richard has over twenty years of experience as a registered architect. Richard is responsible for the design of each project from the programming phase through construction administration. Most specifically interested in sustainable design, he has been involved in many projects of various architectural typologies.

Joseph Price, Senior Project Manager

Joseph Price, an award winning Project Manager, has over 21 years of experience of managing significant architectural projects. Mr. Price has extensive experience in leading teams in the production of construction documents and technical specifications. Joseph has an intimate knowledge of construction and is highly proficient in architectural drafting programs, including building information modeling and scheduling software.

Victoria Kennedy, Intern Architect

Victoria Kennedy recently joined OZA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.  Ms. Kennedy also holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Her diverse education, experience, and volunteer work contribute to informing OZA of the latest developments in software and technology in the practice of architecture.
